We work with synchronized calendars (iCal) on all the platforms and in coordination with the owner. We can provide a technical service channel manager in order to guarantee the highest occupancy rate.

Guests Assistance

We provide responsiveness solutions for the guests : concierge services & activities to provide the best customers’ experience 24 h and 7 days thanks to our dedicated team.

Staff Training

Staff management, recruitment and training. Housekeeping, garden & pool staff and responsive technical staff to manage any issue as quickly as possible.

Villa Maintenance

We assure you the perfect maintenance of your villa and will process the operating costs on your behalf : salaries, electricity, cleaning service, internet and laundry service.

Accounting and Report

We will provide all financial documents and transaction details (bills, total booking…) on a monthly basis and give you an overall vision and projection for the year.
